Founded by a U.S. Navy veteran with over 20 years of hands-on EHR implementation and training experience, we bring mission-critical expertise to every engagement.
Our Founder
Marc Lewis is a Healthcare IT implementation and training professional with more than two decades of experience delivering complex EHR and digital transformation initiatives across federal and enterprise environments.
A proud U.S. Navy veteran and Washington, DC native, Marc has supported mission-critical healthcare IT programs across the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and large-scale commercial health networks — including deployments spanning 200+ clinical sites and 1,000+ end users.
His platform expertise spans Oracle Health (Cerner) MHS Genesis, Epic, VistA, CPRS, AHLTA, CHCS, and a full suite of VA legacy systems — giving 3631 Consulting Group rare dual fluency across both federal and commercial healthcare environments.
Marc holds an active Secret security clearance and is a certified Oracle/Cerner MHS Genesis trainer (Ambulatory & Ancillary) and Epic Credentialed Trainer (Willow/Inpatient Pharmacy), with additional credentials including ITIL® Foundation and Microsoft MCITP/MCP.
